Situated in the heart of the village of Heddon on the Wall , and virtually on the Hadrian's Wall trail itself, the Dingle Dell delicatessen and tearoom offers an "oasis in the desert" for those hardy souls walking or backpacking along the wall, or those simply wishing to enjoy the finer things in life.
Purveyors of the finest local ingredients, Dingle Dell has procured a wide range of high quality local produce, including fresh meats, Northumbrian and speciality cheeses, dairy farm ice cream, preserves and chutneys, and our made to order hampers that would suit many occasions.
Catering for regular clientele and the passing trade of walkers and ramblers, Dingle Dell offers a range of services, including packed lunch provision, a fully serviced tearoom, a lunch service, supply of produce (retail and to order) and supply of buffets to appropriate events. Mond–Fri: 9am–5.30pm
Saturday: 9.30am – 5.00pm
Sunday: Closed (unless opened by prior arrangement)
